Treating You Like Family!
Buying a home in Miami is so much more than the price you pay for a piece of property. Selecting and making a house a home where life-long memories are made – now that goes straight to the heart of the matter. That’s why I love the Miami real estate business. When families come to me after they have found their home where they can nurture their children they say; “I picked you because we share a common bond and we trust you" - that's music to my ears.
I was born and raised in Miami before earning a degree in Business Administration, Finance from Villanova University. After a career that took me from a Personal Financial Advisor for American Express to seven years as a business consultant for Ernst & Young, I jumped into the Commercial Real Estate space as president of CJL Capital. After spending 7 more years learning the ins and outs of commercial real estate, and having many friends and colleagues ask for my help in buying or selling their own properties, I decided to become a REALTOR.
Why I'm Different
Buying or selling a property is difficult and complicated – and their are many great real estate agents who can help you in navigating the stressful process of a real estate transaction. While I believe I am one of the best, I don't want to put down any of my colleagues. What I can promise you is I am honest and ethical, and will work as hard as I can for my clients. I achieve success by putting my clients first, leading with exceptional ideas, doing the right thing, and giving back.
I Believe in Giving Back
I believe in giving back to the community in which I live. All of us here in America, and Miami in particular, have numerous privileges that many people in the world can only dream of. I have volunteered for and supported numerous organizations including Camillus House, Christopher Columbus High School and Habitat for Humanity. For the last several years my family and I are also supporters of the American Cancer Society / Relay for Life Team called the Castaways Against Cancer who kayak every year from Miami to Key West to help raise awareness and money in the fight against cancer. One way we need to show our gratitude for what we have is by giving back. None of us would be where we are today were it not for the great circumstances in which we have grown up. Therefore, it is not just a good thing to give back, it is our duty to try and make the world a better place
In my free time
Most, if not all, of my time is spent with my family: my wonderful wife Allison (who is also a REALTOR), and my three children, Michael, Sophia and Madeline. We enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as our dog Cooper and cat Mischa. I also enjoy fishing, reading, and
